Accenture Operations provides business process services for specific functions, including finance and accounting; procurement and supply chain; and marketing & sales. We operate business processes with a combination of talent and data, artificial intelligence, analytics and digital technologies, helping clients to improve their productivity, customer experience and performance.
- Identifying and managing the implementation and optimization of systems processes,
- Executing user acceptance tests with the business for NFPS system its interfaces,
- Providing 3rd level system process support as required,
- Being responsible for the management, documentation and maintenance of, the Sarbox controls in their remit,
- Maintaining and updating process and procedure diagrams and flowcharts in line with process changes,
- Performing agreed monthly tasks eg. Reconciliations,
- Fluent English,
- University degree in accounting or finance or professional qualification (ACCA or equivalent),
- At lest 6 years accounting experience,
- Oracle ERP system experience,
- Administrative and project management experience,
- Good level of technical knowledge,
- A global approach and an appreciation of cultural differences,
- Internal controls experience of documenting controls processes and dealing with Auditors External/Internal,
- Experience of working as the business IT interface to ensure requirements are understood and delivered,
- Ability to work under pressure and to work in a virtual environment,
- Ability to engage with customer and internal staff as required,
- Ability to identify problems and work to resolution as required,
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, and to build a strong relations with customers and the Service Provider,
- Negotiation and problem solving skills,
