For our Client we are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Service Delivery Centre (SDC) Business Process & System Specialist to join the Business & Global Processes team.

Service Delivery Center (SDC) is located in Szczecin and its major objective is to deliver to business units across the globe highest quality technical, operational and administrative support - related to wind turbine operation.

Responsibilities

• To ensure all activities and processes owned by, or conducted through, the SDC are coherent and efficient.
• Defined and documented processes on all levels.
• Complete global process alignment within SBU"s.
• Lean and efficient way of working.
• Continuous development of business process management.
• Coordinate and lead any activities and processes to be implemented.
• Drive measurements development, follow up and tracking (KPI, PPI).
• Perform as local "Service Anchor' on behalf of SDC concerning process and system related questions and requests.
• Take an active part in BPE forums in Global Service.

Wymagania

Qualifications

• An academic degree in e.g. Economics, Business Administration or Project Management.
• At least 3 years of work experience - e.g. shared service operations organization.
• Knowledge of English language on a fluent level.
• Experience within process management, including documentation and facilitation.
• Experience in an international company - working with many different cultures.
• Lean skills and SAP experience would be an advantage.
• Experience with IT system and tools development and maintenance would be an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate and challenge on all levels.
• Structured and analytical approach.
• System knowledge and requirement capturing capabilities.
