In Poland the company has Sites in Szczecin and Lublin.
Currently for our Site in Szczecin we are looking for:
- Create, republish, and schedule new reports. Implement reporting changes within the scope of assigned responsibilities.
- Confirm that all contracted service level and call volume reports post on time.
- Take ownership of delivering on all reporting requirements for site(s) or client(s).
- Audit data to ensure accuracy and consistency of information presented in reports.
- Attend implementation meetings in order to enter new programming into conmap, relay finops structure, and gain knowledge of clients.
- Attend training courses and seminars to develop technical, analytical and business skills.
- At least communicative command of English language (spoken and written) is a must; knowledge of German language will be a strong plus
- University degree
- 1-2 years reporting experience
- Strong proficiency in Excel, VBA, PowerPoint and other data tools
- Knowledge of PC applications.
- Experience in extracting and manipulating large data files
- Ability to analyze data and recognize opportunities for making recommendations for improving processes
- Skill in providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Skill in verbal and written communication to analyze, interpret and address customer needs.
- Ability to display excellent business judgment skills
- Exceptional organization skills
- Ability to deal professionally in all situations (vendor, customer, team, department and company)
- Knowledge of contact services industry and best practices
- Ability to work with minimal guidance or supervision in a time critical environment.
- Ability to work in a time critical environment.
- Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes.
- Call center and telecom experience preferred
