Business Reporting Analyst
Location: Poznań

Responsibilities:
- Preparing month end financial & operational reports for European Oilseeds group
- Creating and maintaining SQL databases gathering data from various systems
- Preparing ad-hoc reports for the EU Oilseeds management with analysis and comments
- Preparing presentations in PowerPoint
- Participation in process improvement projects (as a team member or a team lead – depending on needs)
- Close cooperation with local and European finance teams
- Maintaining account mappings between various databases
- Providing support to locations on corporate reporting system (as super user)
- Administering EU reporting share-point
Requirements:
- Higher degree in Finance or IT followed by 2-3 year work experience as a business analyst in a manufacturing or trading company
- Excellent knowledge of MS Access, VBA, Business Intelligence reporting tool, MS Excel
- Fluent English (speaking and writing)
- Knowledge of Hyperion Financial Management system will be a plus
- Knowledge of accounting programs: JDE, VAX, SAP, Axapta will be an advantage
- Strong analytical skills
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a quickly changing environment, under stress and with tight deadlines
- Very good organizational skills
- Experience with working in a multisystem environment
- Experience with consolidation of data sourced from various systems
- Project management experience
