We need you to have general understanding and insight of:
- GBS / BPO / SSC markets / trends and topics
- Service Delivery Models (SSC/BPO/hybrid/BOT etc.)
- PMO knowledge and understanding
- Change Management / Migration methodologies
- Good knowledge and understanding of lift & shift and transform & shift transition methodology and good practices
- General understanding of all GBS service management components (governance model, performance management, Continuous improvement, organizational structure, contracting, legal aspects, office fit out, connectivity, IT, back office, visual management and others)
- General understanding of one of the following:
-HR & Recruitment aspects in GBS
- AP/AR/GL/MDM
-IT - Ability to travel (around 30% of the time) international and domestic
Required competences / skills:
- Experience in conducting business case analysis and feasibility studies
- Experience in Transition projects / Change Management/ GBS Set Up projects
- Experience in working in PMO driven projects
- Power Point and Excel proficiency
- Fluent English (written and oral)
- Business acumen
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Deliver and manage overall projects or their parts accordingly to time, cost and expected quality, specifically:
- Use your knowledge and expertise to develop high quality project deliverables
- Organise and participate in workshops
- Key client interface
- Provide feedback and secure feedback is provided
- Monitor and report project progress
- Monitor risks and prepare mitigation plans
- If required, manage project financials, define and maintain project plan, supervise resource allocation, monitor and report project progress, assess and mitigate risks
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Use your knowledge and expertise to actively support development of Capgemini’s offering and products (e.g. DGEM, ESOAR)
