Business Services Transformation Manager
What will you do?
  • Deliver and manage overall projects or their parts accordingly to time, cost and expected quality, specifically:

     - Use your knowledge and expertise to develop high quality project deliverables
     - Organise and participate in workshops
     - Key client interface
     - Provide feedback and secure feedback is provided
     - Monitor and report project progress
     - Monitor risks and prepare mitigation plans



  • If required, manage project financials, define and maintain project plan, supervise resource allocation, monitor and report project progress, assess and mitigate risks

  • Participate in end-to-end sales process, specifically proposal development process (from client request through to final issue and potentially subsequent project delivery)

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders

  • Use your knowledge and expertise to actively support development of Capgemini’s offering and products

  • Act as a coach, guide and advise individuals to enhance or support personal and professional growth and learning

  • Develop transformation agenda for existing and new clients

Who will you be working with?

As an integral part of Capgemini’s Global Business Services Team, you will be supporting our global Clients in the end-to-end GBS journey. Starting from shaping out the sourcing strategy and future business operations, through GBS design and large-scale transformations, ending up with implementation of the chosen Target Operating Model, you will help us in strengthening our strong market position.

Who are we looking for?

Before you start our induction training we will check if you have:



  • Experience and skills in consulting projects will be an advantage

  • Experience in Project Management (project management certification will be an asset) and proven track of projects delivery

  • Excellent ability to establish and maintain world class working relationships with all peers and stakeholders

  • Experience in sales and client delivery in Strategy and Transformation programs

  • Experience in enterprise change management across complex programs

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines, while maintaining focus in an environment with conflicting demands

  • Initiative to actively seek new knowledge and improve skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and work effectively with individuals, strengthening relationships to achieve win-win solutions

  • Ability to travel (around 30% of the time) international and domestic


 


General understanding and insight  of:



  • GBS / BPO / SSC markets / trends and topics

  • Service Delivery Models (SSC/BPO/hybrid/BOT etc)

  • Change Management/ Migration methodologies

  • General process knowledge - AP/AR/GL/MDM (others as advantage)

  • PMO knowledge and understanding

  • General understanding of all GBS service management components (governance model, performance management, CI, organisational structure, contracting, legal aspects, office fit out, connectivity, IT, back office, visual management and others)
