ANALYSE FINANCIAL PROCESSES
- Analyze & modelling financial processes, starting with the most criticals
- Support Finance department with continuous optimization processes & automization
- Build a strong relation with Finance department to boost collaboration
REPORTING
- Assisting with maintenance of standardized reports per agreed calendar, assure the calculated results are correct and consistent across all part of the reports
- Improving report content delivery, implement changes and automation per agreed business requirements and following security rules (sensitive data)
- Documenting all work related (update/create reports manuals, update Business Intelligence Content Library)
- Close cooperation with departments to collect their requirements related to regular reporting service and analytical projects
- Able to design or propose future Datawarehouse simplification/solutions

GENERAL SKILLS
- Significant experience and strong skills in data analysis / business process analysis in financial area, including
- At least 2 years experience with financial system SUN,
- Experience in working on regular and ad hoc reports based on large datasets,
- B2 level minimum in English (written & spoken),
- Well organized & systematic documentation
- Comfortable in an international organization
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Advanced SQL skills, including experience with relational DB (Oracle, SQL Server etc) is a must,
- Good Excel skills (pivot tables, embedding formulas, dashboard building),
- Proficiency in XML Stylesheet Language Transformations (XSLT) generation,
- Basic VBA skills enabling reports streamlining and automation
NICE HAVE
- Proficiency with Oracle databases and procedural Language/Structured Query Language (PL/SQL), Microsoft SQL server databases, subversion in XML and XML Schema Definition (XSD).
- Experience with using workflows is a plus
- Knowledge of one or more BI Tools: IBM Cognos, SAP BO, OBIEE, Power BI, PowerQuery is a plus
