About this opportunity

Welcome to the Solution Delivery Competence Centre. We add value by  efficient end-to-end business change delivery As a unit, we are responsible for identifying and realizing improvements opportunities in processes and ways of working. Main focus is Financial Reporting & Control, but we also support the wider Group Finance scope. We should drive FRC the journey towards a process-oriented organisation and this requires clarifications of process structures, roles and governance forums.

What You will be doing:

  • Using OX tools when driving change and process development
  • Process modelling and maintenance of process model repository
  • Driving different improvement initiatives in collaboration with other units in FRC

You will join Process & Change Management Poland team that is driving efficiency agenda for operations in cooperation with the process owners to provide change in capacity and accelerate transformation efficiency.

The role is based in Lodz.

  • Understand financial & accounting data flows and dependencies between accounting systems
  • Embracing change and be able to support teams on the journey through the process
  • Have great collaboration skills to work between business & IT and good presentation skills
  • Have strong drive to deliver and are oriented on problem solving and other lean tools
  • Are flexible and can adapt to a new environment

Your experience and background:

  • University degree
  • Fluency in English
  • Knowledge about Lean methodology
  • Knowledge of key Lean tools: 5S, 4C, Skill Matrix,
  • Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis and Problem Solving Techniques
  • Experience in interacting with business partners in order to understand their needs, working with requirements
  • Experience in BPM tool, Mega Hopex, MS Visio
  • Knowledge of Alteryx, Power BI would be an asset
  • Advanced knowledge of office applications as MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience/Understanding/Knowledge of financial/reporting flows
