The company are currently building a brand new team, as part of their Research & Development centre located in Warsaw city centre, to work on an exciting green field project.

Responsibilities
- Build low latency connectivity to external venues
- Have the opportunity to be involved with all aspects of a highly automated, high volume trading ecosystem
- Enhance internal messaging systems
- Build high throughput tick data collection and storage
- Shape aspects of software development environment as the platform grows
Requirements
- Strong academic background with University Degree in quantitative subject such as Information Technology/ Computer Science, Mathematics, or Theoretical Physics
- Good understanding of modern C++ development including C++14 extensions
- Good basic mathematics / statistics
- Practical knowledge of low latency C++ development / working on real-time systems
- Strong algorithms and data structures
- Analytical/problem-solving skills
Nice to have:
- Exchange connectivity experience
- Knowledge of latency optimisation techniques
- Experience with Java or Python
