Department Overview
Computer Aided Dispatch center is an essential part of advanced group communication solution. Dispatching is central functionality of such center.Dispatch and Logging team is responsible for creating integrated dispatching solution. The core functionality is delivering audio communication between dispatchers and radio users in public safety industry - including fire rescue, 911 call takers, police, army and many others. Everywhere reliable, real-time and secure communication is required. On top of the audio services variety of features help operators improve their efficiency and effectiveness - like call logging, instant recording, text communication.
Job Description
The main responsibility will be to develop, test and deliver next-generation dispatching solution within client-server architecture and improved UI/UX experience.
- Hands on experience in C#

- At least Bachelor degree
- Good communication and English skills

- .NET technologies: ASP.NET Web API, EF, SignalR, WCF, WinForms
- Other protocols, tools, systems and languages (SIP, FreeSWITCH, Redis, Git, Jenkins, C/C++)
- Practical knowledge of: JavaScript or HTML5/CSS3 or Angular
- Testing frameworks: NUnit/Moq, Selenium, Jasmine/Karma
- Practical knowledge of using Git version control system
- Experience with CI/CD
