C++ Team Leader for Automotive project

Responsibilites
- Managing a team of highly talented Automotive Developers, responsible for delivering our product with the highest quality to customers
- Managing all stages of the development process – from design to code level
- Establish and evolve formal development processes, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices
- Be a technical lead, including responsibility for mentoring your team, designing and reviewing complex code.
- Take an active part in product architecture and design decisions
- Understanding and contributing to the technical solutions in the product
- Working closely with Development, Testers, Architects, Project Managers and Product Owners to produce accurate delivery estimates and manage the transition from design to delivery
- Taking responsibility for making key decisions to ensure the successful delivery of the product
Requirements
Must:
- Upper Intermediate level of English
- 2+ years’ experience as Team Leader or at least Senior Developer
- 2+ years’ experience in automotive
- Strong C++11 knowledge
- Strong UML knowledge
- Strong Qt framework knowledge
- Knowledge and insight into ASPICE
- Excellent interpersonal skills and high motivation
Nice-to-have:
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Knowledge of FRANCA framework
- Experience with CommonAPI
- Knowledge and insight into ASPICE
