Job description
• Acts as the single point of responsibility for C2C service delivery from Poland
• Reviews operational performance and customer satisfaction and resolve performance issues
• Ensure C2C process consistency for entire scope
• Reviews progress against agreed goals and priorities
• Identify and manage changes to be implemented (continuous improvement) in agreement with Client
• Builds and maintains a highly motivated and skilled delivery team
• Escalation point for advanced customer queries
• Ensure Client policy compliance
• Files documents according to procedures for audit purposes
• Continually strives to identify opportunities to simplify, standardize and improve processes
• Proactively shares knowledge and best practices
• Continually seeks out ways to improve Client satisfaction
Position purpose
The purpose of the role is to build and maintain a delivery team for C2C process in a given Engagement.
Requirements
• University or college degree, preferably in economics
• Experience in people management
• Min 3 years of work experience within C2C scope is required
• Very good command of English
• Very good customer service skills and Client-focus attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good analytical and problem solving skills, attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
• Well organized and able to prioritize tasks
