You will work on various Calypso projects being conducted by Excelian across Europe. Full details will be provided during the initial call with our hiring team.
Core Experience:
- Experience of Calypso Projects including Implementations, Migrations, Managed Support
- Multi-asset class knowledge and Investment Banking experience
- Strong communication skills and senior stakeholder management experience
- Deep understanding of IT system behaviours.
- Flexibility to travel within Europe
Calypso Experience:
- 4+ years working on Calypso implementation and upgrades
- Strong knowledge of Calypso V14+ (BO and FO)
- Detailed hands-on knowledge about industry-standard processing functional areas, including settlements (SWIFT, ACH, FedWire), documentation (confirmation, advices, reset advices, etc.) and accounting (general ledger, PnL accounting, etc.)
- Functional experience should encompass any or all of the following asset classes: credit derivatives, interest rate derivatives, equity derivatives, fixed income, or FX
- Calypso upgrades experience essential.
- Experience of the following Calypso modules:
- Collateral management
- Clearing
- ERS
Technical Experience:
- Calypso development, minimum 4 years
- Calypso ERS module development
- Java and Object Oriented Design (OOD).
- Strong understanding of Calypso and Calypso API.
- Experience in JBOSS or other application servers.
- Experience in Enterprise Integration Patterns/Message Oriented Middleware.
Excelian are looking for a Calypso Consultant to join our Calypso Practice in Warsaw.
The Warsaw delivery team support our Calypso clients either running an existing Calypso instance, increasing functionality or implementing a new one.
The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of Calypso, both technically and functionally, an understanding of migration, enhancement and upgrade models and experience of within Calypso support teams and/or projects.
