For our Client, top tier law company which offers proffesional support for business pioneers, we are looking for Cash Collection Specialist which will be a key role dedicated for clients across Europe by using best in class customer service approach.
Duties will include:

- responisbility for day-to-day activities to guarantee timely cash collection
- creating and improving current and new strategies for collection process
- monitoring collection activities and results
- outstanding receivables analysis and using best practices to improve the cash collection results
- preparing and following up of dunning letters
- answers to customer questions and resolves customer arguments
- long term relationships building with clients using best in class client service
Requirements:
- experience in cash collection or customer service in financial sector in international environment
- fluent French (C1) and English (C1)
- university degree (Economy, Finance or similar will be a plus)
- self-driven with a high energy level, along with outstanding communication skills
- responsibility and accuracy in the completion of received tasks
- good working knowledge of MS Office tools
- continuous improvement mindset
