Cash Collection Team Leader

For our Client well known company which operates in area of Professional Services, we are looking for candidates for the position of Cash Collection Team Leader
Key responsibilities:
Key responsibilities:
- Supervision of Cash Collection transactions
- Leading a team of process specialists
- Ensuring that daily operations are carried out according to set targets and in respect with SLAs and KPI's
- Supervising process transition and work on stabilization in Cracow
- Developing strong relationships with stakeholders
- Dealing with all areas of team management ranging from hiring new employees to performance management
Requirements:
- University degree (Economics, Business Administration, Finance or related will be an asset)
- At least 3 years of experience in accounting, deep knowledge of Cash Collection and Credit Management area
- At least 1 year in people management
- Fluent in English
- Very good knowledge of SAP
- Knowledge in IFRS or GAAP
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methods
- Self-organized and disciplined, mature and pro-active person with a high level of integrity
- Ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to work on late shifts (work with North and South America)
