Basic function of position

As the Principal Class B Cashier, the incumbent serves as the Class B Cashier at Embassy Warsaw with responsibility for the full range of Cashier and cash management duties. Serves as Post’s representative of the U.S. Disbursing Officer. Has accountability over the cash movement contract.

Under the direct supervision of the Voucher Examiner Supervisor, the incumbent provides key functions of voucher management services for all subscribed ICASS agencies as well as administrative support to the Financial Management Center.

Qualifications required

• At least two years of college or university studies
• 2 years of progressively more responsible work experience in finance, accounting, bookkeeping, or related financial field
• Good English
• Fluent Polish
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications, especially Excel
