YOUR RESPOSIBILITIES:
- Development of Tesco non-transactional digital channels with main focus on websites
- Oversight of the overall digital user experience across all Tesco's digital channels, providing support for other teams and departments
- Close cooperation with responsible agencies – creative digital, development, SEO and media
- Enabling business users to create innovative digital experiences and reduce IT costs and reliance
- Actively taking part in all CE campaigns and support the whole digital team
- Ensuring all digital processes, campaigns, tasks (either CE or Local ones) are handled properly on the given market
- Working closely with key all Customer stream leaders to ensure that all the key company initiatives are supported on digital channels
- Cooperating with external agencies to ensure that best possible service for Tesco
- Ensuring that the digital team has the right hardware, software and knowledge to be the leader in digital communication in CE retail
- Creating an ambience where everyone is motivated to bring in new ideas that are openly embraced and trialed
- Active searching for new opportunities in the digital world that can ensure that Tesco will be viewed as a leader in digital communication
REQUIREMENTS:
- University education
- Experience in digital and brand marketing
- Extensive Marketing experience, ideally within a retail and/ or multi-site consumer business
- Driving licence
- Fluent English is required
- Experienced in people management
- Project management
