About our client
Our Client is a leading international company, successfully operating in more than 60 countries worldwide. To strengthen its organization in the CEE area, the decision has been made to create the position of Internal Auditor - FCPA. For this challenging position, we are looking for an experienced professional that will play a key role in ensuring the company\'s compliance with FCPA regulations, corporate policies and local laws and regulations
Job description
- Plan and perform all aspects of FCPA assessments in line with corporate guidelines
- Define specific FCPA-related work to improve results and effectiveness in the audit process
- Assess internal controls in line with corporate policies and implement procedures and processes to improve business results and compliance
- Participate in the execution of internal audit communications
- Prepare and issue audit reports and recommendations to Management
- Facilitate the development of corporate forensic investigation policies and procedures
- Monitor the organization\'s compliance with corporate ethics policies, company policies and procedures, and external requirements
- Perform special projects, as required, to support other Internal Audit initiatives
Who we are looking for
- Relevant University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting , Finance
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA) is a requirement
- At least 3 to 5 years experience in a leading audit company
- Excellent knowledge of accounting and auditing standards, including SOX compliance
- Experience in internal audit, forensic audit, FCPA will be a strong asset
- Willing to travel extensively (approximately 50%)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
- Sound and objective judgment with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Self-starter with ability and desire to work in a team environment
- Fluent English
