For our Client – one of major players in global investment banking, we are currently looking for experienced candidate on the position of CFO Decision Support Head.

As a CFO Decision Support Head you will lead the team of analysts based in Krakow including capacity/ workload management in close cooperation with the functional team leaders located in Switzerland. Also, you will have prime responsibility for providing best in class analysis and comprehensive financial information to support decision making recommendations and enable growth of the business. Your main responsibility will include training and maintaining an effective team who partners with the onshore teams to provide best in class analysis under time pressure and with conflicting priorities and cooperating on daily basis with senior stakeholders located in Switzerland across various Group Finance functions, e.g. Reporting and Analytics Services, Group Accounting and Controlling, Group Treasury. While working on this position you will be responsible for providing analytical service that includes comprehensive ad-hoc analyses, core analytical support of any financial information requirement beyond standard reporting framework, business performance measurement, assists in the preparation of key presentations and financial results. Your responsibilities will also include driving changes, service innovation and process excellence in cooperation with the team members.

As Successful Candidate on this position you must have 5 years of experience in managerial position in financial Institution (global bank), excellent English both written and spoken, strong MS PowerPoint and MS Excel skills (knowledge of MS Access and VBA would be an asset). The ideal Candidate should have experience in providing analytical support to various business partners with global exposure and strong leadership experience combined with very good communication and negotiation skills. Moreover, we are looking for an individual with ability to build and maintain strong strategic relationships with senior stakeholders as well as strong team working mentality, intellectual curiosity, high emotional intelligence and a thought leader. Natural interest of market dynamics, micro- and macroeconomic of business, strong numerical, analytical and influencing skills are desirable. Perfect Candidate must have a strong proactive and self-motivated personality able to deliver high quality results in an efficient manner and under time pressure.
