For our Client, an international investment fund we are looking for CFO/ Financial Accounting Manager. The fund is focused on companies with high growth potential, especially in the area of new technologies.
The role is ideal for a professional finance manager with excellent Management skills and keen for a new challenging role.
You will be responsible for:
- Organization of meetings of shareholders
- Quarterly reporting on stock exchange
- Cooperation with limited partners
- Cooperation with international trust
- Control over payroll, tax and audit processes (external)
- Responsible for annual audit, statutory accounts, analyses and reporting at board level
- Forecasting, evaluations
- Optimization of financial risk and costs
- Implement and control all operating processes
- Evaluation of potential investment projects
- Responsible for producing business plans for new business opportunities
We are looking forward to meeting Candidates who possessed:
- Master's degree in Business Economics/Administration; Professional qualification (CIMA, ACCA) is a plus
- 5+ years' experience in finance with at least 3 years on independent position
- Fluent English is a must
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Open mind
- Strong negiotiation skils
- Ability to manage relationships both internally and externally
- Problem solving skills
- Solid track record in managing processes would be a plus
