Your new company
Well known International business centre from banking industry, located in Cracow.

Your new role
This role will assist with the largest transformation of IT part of the company. These initiatives cut across operating model, processes, workforce strategy, application architecture, and infrastructure landscape. The role will assist in checking, consolidating ~80-90 business cases running all management information around the transformation. (eg. Costs vs target, benefits vs agreed, run rate vs agreed spend.) Ensuring all agreed decisions taken have been appropriately captured.

What you'll need to succeed
Exceptional excel skills (macro level) as well as university degree in financial area in order to maintain the EUA, and the financial acumen to understand a business case, impact of cost / benefits and P/L impact. An understanding of the Cash view vs P/L view of each business case, what can be capitalized vs what can be restructured needs to be understood. Ensuring all minutes, decisions are saved and recorded for audit purposes. The candidates would need to be able to adequately prepare management executive summaries – which are fit for purpose going to senior executives. (ie pull out the main items for discussion/review). Very good command of English is also required as you will within international team.
