Do you want to develop as CFO in an international Real Estate company? If yes, we are looking for you. For our client, international Real Estate company we are currently looking for CFO, who is willing to work in Warsaw, Poland. Our client offers salary range: 14.000 - 16.000 PLN gross, depending on experience.

The CFO will have primary day to day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial related activities of the company. You will report to the Group (IFRS), cooperate with international team outside Poland and local Finance Controller in Poland. In particular you will manage the project (number of real estate SPVs), in which you will establish reliable system for cost controlling and budgeting, cooperate with outsourced accounting office, create budgets, forecasts, create business plans, have good relationship with private investors, gaining financing for particular project (including Union funds), deal with loan agreements, equity funds, cooperate with Auditors, cooperate with Tax Advisors, coordinate and monitor Tax and VAT matters. All this mainly for the biggest project of Holiday Park.

We are looking for CFO with 3-5 years’ experience as a Finance Director / Finance Manager of a capital group acting on international markets who will be able to independently build and develop finance processes, reports and team from the scratch. Moreover you should possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, be proactive, possess deep understanding of the business, analytical and strategic way of thinking, have international experience, be a self starter as well as present advanced command of written and spoken English. Any Real Estate, past Big4 Audit experience will be a strong plus.
