Accenture Operations helps clients achieve new value and productivity from their business processes by applying analytics, process acumen and industry expertise to the transactional data and processes we manage and operate on our clients’ behalf.
- Providing quality, accurate, reasonable and on-time service, ensuring due dates and deadlines are met
- Monitoring order management process and looking for potential improvements
- Establishing and building relationships with customers and internal Sales team
- Managing regular collaboration calls and business reviews providing update on operational performance
- Working with Inventory Management and Planning team to ensure optimal allocation of supply
- Delivering trainings on tools and processes to customer
- Fluency in English (C1 level)
- MS Office skills: Excel at minimum intermediate level, Power Point
- Experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain area
- Ability to work analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
