Our Client, a leading and fast-growing multinational organization from B2B services sector, is looking for a chartered accountant who will join the Finance Division as the Chief Accountant. We are looking for a person who will bring own ideas and is open for further development in challenging commercial environment.

The chosen candidate will work in multinational structures, co-operating closely with the local CFO, support the CFO in implementing key initiatives and projects, also being responsible for managing a team of several accountants.

Opis stanowiska

Manage the accounting function; coach and develop the accounting team
Responsible for day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping
Ensure the integrity of the financial statements and supervise monthly closing process
Ensure the accurate compilation, analysis and reporting of financial data and act as a liaison between the company, government and auditors to provide required information

Kogo szukamy

5 years of experience on accountant positions in business oriented environment, preferably in services market
Highly developed management skills
Up-to-date knowledge of IFRS standards and local tax regulations
Open for new tasks in challenging environment, not afraid to take action and provide solutions, capable to evolve with organization
Practical experience with ERP systems would be an advantage
Fluent English
