For our Client, an international and production company we currently looking for Chief Accountant
Scope of duties:
Scope of duties:
- Management of the finance function
- Preparation of budgets, forecasts and cash flow projections
- Maintenance of financial ledgers and accounting processes
- Preparation of monthly financial statements
- Timely production and filing of statutory and financial reports
- Financial modeling and analysis
- Cash management and treasury duties
- Establish and maintain appropriate systems and internal controls
- Oversee the payroll process
- Preparation of VAT returns
- Miscellaneous projects as determined by Sr. Management
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in accounting, Certified Accountant
- approx. 4 years of progressive accounting experience including supervisory experience
- Manufacturing experience
- The candidate should be confident; a self-starter with the ability to operate in a dynamic, small to mid-sized company environment
- Demonstrated attention to detail, solid business acumen and a hands-on approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills; solid understanding of ERP systems preferably SAP Business One
- Fluent in Polish and English
