Our Client, a Multinational company with its operations in Poland and abroad, one of the leaders in its sector, is currently looking for a talented leader to fill the position of Accounting Manager. The successful candidate will be fully responsible for managing the company''s accounting operations and will report directly to the Headquarter.


Job description:
- Fully responsible for leading and managing accounting team (>20 individuals) - Manage full accounting process, including GL/AP/AR reporting according to local GAAP and International Financial Reporting Standards for Poland, Czech, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania - Work closely with controlling team in Germany to prepare consolidated financial statements and management reports - Manage, develop, coach, and recruit operational team of accountants
Who we are looking for:
- University degree in finance / accounting / business administration or related field - min.5 years of experience on a similar position in a dynamic, multinational environment - Experience in management and development of a team of subordinates, change management - Hands-on, proactive approach and willingness to challenge status quo - Experience with the use of information technology to effectively satisfy business needs (SAP) - Very good English and Polish is a must - German will be a strong asset
