For our Client – fast growing company in energy sector (based in Warsaw) - we are currently looking for an experienced candidate for the position of Chief Accountant.

The key responsibilities are: completing local Polish accounting, tax duties & taking ownership of Group’s consolidation procedures; ensuring that the local accounting procedures are consistent with them. You will also be responsible for preparing Group reporting, meeting deadlines and ensuring quality of management. Despite of that, one of daily duties will be preparing monthly reporting, quarterly consolidation and budget cycles, preparing cross-functional reporting & analyzing upstream the impact of transactions. Person hired on this position will be responsible for preparing budget projections, ensuring compliance with the budget particularly with regards to corporate costs and development costs, monitoring of treasury forecasts, care of the contractualisation process & updating forecasts of cash. Moreover you will be responsible for keeping a complete record of swap put in place and monitoring of interconnection agreement together with project manager.
As ideal Candidate you should have university degree, preferably in Finance & Accounting. You should also have at least 8 years of professional experience in the related area including accounting, treasury, administration and finance.

Fluency in English language is a must. Our client is looking for candidates with experience in reporting structures. Tools in multinational corporations and good knowledge of ERP system would be highly appreciated. We are looking for Candidates with good communications, organization, strong motivation & interest for energy sector. The candidate should be ready to travel on a regular basis until the March 2016 in order to ensure transition with current Chief Accountant.
