For our client, an international financial institution, we are looking for candidates for the position of Chief Analytics. The successful candidates will join the company's HQ in Warsw

The successful candidate will be in charge of data transformation - one of company's strategically key area. They will have both technical and managerial skills to effectively integrate analytics structures internally and externally. Chief Analytics will have a chance to work internationally, with the co-operation of other departments within corporation structures under the supervision of CFO.

Description

* Lead Analytics digital transformation within the organization;
* Manage the Analytics team;
* Identify valuable data sources and automate collection processes;
* Acting as a business owner of a data warehouse (based on the SAS system);
* Support of internal functions and business partners in identifying the ways of using analyzes and adapting them to operational projects;
* Develop and industrialize the reporting system across all functions;
* Develop analytical studies on topics related to Risk, Sales, Customer experience and Operations;
* Develop reverse mentoring and promote Analytics tools and models;
* Estimate costs and ROI of Analytics projects;
* Contribute to identify future needs of data in the company, and structure data architecture;

Profile

* Master's degree in Engineering, statistics, mathematics or other quantitative field is preferred;
* 5 years of professional experience with at least 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist or Data Analyst or Machine Learning;
* Knowledge of R, SQL and Python and SAS environment; familiarity with Qlikview, Tableau or Blueprism is an asset ;
* Experience using business intelligence tools and data frameworks;
* High autonomy, and ability to take initiatives, prioritize and organize actions.
* Analytical mind and business acumen;
* Strong communication and influencing skills at all levels of the organization;
* Problem-solving attitude
* Fluency in both Polish and English.
