For its CEE Business Unit located in Poland we are looking for the new General Manager.
- Lead, manage and grow the CEE business and expand the brand position in the market - Full country and regional P&L responsibility - Manage the existing business(13 offices in the region) and also international recruitment activities for the Netherlands and Germany - Execution of the business plan, process implementation and control of subsidiaries - Significantly expand the CEE business by successfully winning clients - Lead organizational effectiveness by maximizing performance and people development - Guarantees legal, fiscal and tax compliance with local statutory requirements
- University degree in economics or business administration - 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in the temporary recuitment industry - Relevant commercial experience in Field Sales, Key Account Management and Marketing - Proven track record in business development and growing a business - Demonstrated experience in managing people - Excellent communication skills, must effectively communicate with Board Level, business partners and local authorities - Strong managerial generalist with excellent interpersonal skills - Authentic, energetic and dynamic personality and most importantly a very strong hands-on mentality - Strong entrepreneurial mindset and uncompromised customer focus
