Our client is an International financial institution - a leader in the consumer finance sector. To further strengthen their management team, we are seeking to recruit experienced, open-minded and proactive candidates for the position of Chief Financial Officer. The chosen person will manage the Finance and Risk Departments and will report directly to the General Manager.
- Support the General Manager is all strategic decisions
- Act as Chief Financial Officer & Chief Risk Officer for the company in Poland
- Support the dynamic growth of the company
- Take responsibility for the accounting, reporting, controlling, MIS and risk functions
- Manage and optimize financial reporting
- Ensure accurate and timely budgeting and forecasting in a dynamic environment
- Lead, manage and further develop the teams
- Further optimize existing processes
- Educated to university degree level
- Additional certifications (ACCA, CIMA, etc) will be an asset
- Min. 3 years of experience on a senior managerial or director role in the area of finance in a dynamic, retail-oriented financial institution (bank, consumer finance provider, direct insurance, etc)
- Alternatively: equivalent experience in external audit
- Experience in leading, building and managing teams
- Hands-on approach, proactive attitude
- Strong decision-making skills
- Fluency in English is a must
