- Management of Financial and Administrative Department
- Ensuring financial liquidity and control of cash flow
- Planning and control of capital expenditure (Capex)
- Cost control
- Development and control of observance of internal procedures
- Establishing and release of provisions
- Corporate reporting (monthly)
- Managing relations with financial services provider
- Supervision and control over invoicing
- Monitoring of receivables
- Payment control
- Employee settlement control
- Internal reporting
- A master's degree in finance, economy or accounting
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing an accounting department or another finance area in an international company
- Knowledge of the Polish Accounting Act, US GAAP and tax law
- License issued by the Ministry of Finance for maintaining accounting books is a must, other professional qualifications will be an asset
- Independence, reliability, communicativeness and ability to work in a team
- Proficiency in English
