Requirements
- Experience in the configuration and maintenance of Cisco voice communications infrastructure (CUCM, UCCX, CUC, Cisco Voice gateways)
- Excellent troubleshooting/problem solving skills
- Good English is a must
- Operational knowledge of voice collaboration systems and contact center functionalities.
- SIP Trunk and ISDN experience
- CCNA Collaboration; preferred CCNP Collaboration
- 4-5 years of experience in IPT implementation and support
- Work in 16/5 (possibly24/5) support model
- Global company understanding
- Voice recording experience AQM/Verba
- Cisco UCS (VMWare) understanding
- Cisco TAC understanding
Responsibilities:
- Configuration and maintenance of Cisco voice communications infrastructure
- Responsible for voice technology operations based on Cisco VoIP solutions
- Manage CUCM and related servers concurrently in a high availability environment
- Work with Incidents and requests based ITIL principles
- Proactively identify problems, monitor performance and perform upgrades to CUCM, UCCX and more
