Working hours 9am-5pm
Client Care Specialist will help customers plan and execute Cloud Learning Plan, providing them with best practice advice, scheduling training and reporting on training consumption. They proactively manage a customers’ training investment through regular meetings and quarterly reviews
- Act as a Single point of escalation for customer queries,
- Take the learners’ through their learning journey and provide periodic support and feedback on key learner’s issues,
- Provide operational support such as responding to internal/external queries related to training, schedules, course registrations etc.,
- Provide periodic report on Queries and issue using spreadsheets.
- Min 2 years of experience in Program management / Coordination experience/ management in learning / training environment,
- Proficient in English and French, written and spoken,
- Experience in support and troubleshooting technology,
- High attention to detail,
- Ability to prioritize multiple functions, tasks and requests and manage work on time,
- Ability to lead reviews and monitor key success KPIs,
- Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced environment,
- Proven project management, organizational and communication skills,
- Robust conflict resolution skills.
