For our client, a global law firm opening Share Service Centre in Warsaw (start-up) we are seeking candidates for the role of Client & Market Research Assistant with English.
Client & Market Research Assistant will contribute to the retention and development of the firm's client base by providing research support which helps identify business opportunities for the firm within designated market sectors and geographies. Additionally benchmarking against competitors so that marketing activity differentiates the firm from competitors.
Key roles will include responsibility for research support required for the development of tendering opportunities within the firm, Pitching/CRM support, provision of research and cross-department/support.
From the Candidates we expect fluent English skills; knowledge of other languages will be a strong asset, min. 1 year of relevant experience in client and market research area and University degree preferably in Marketing or related courses. We expect customer and teamwork focus and capability, excellent communication and project management skills, strong interpersonal skills with the ability to exercise tact and diplomacy in relations with business partners and internal support functions. Familiarity with research tools and basic computer programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project) as well as CRM and ERP solutions is a must.
