Job description
TTS Account Services Operations has a core set of the critical processes. The AML team will be responsible for coordinating the data elements/client documentation required for payments authorizers to be enabled in Citidirect system. Employee will play a pivotal role in the design of the Account Services AML process.
Key responsibilities:
- Performing a complete review and due diligence of the documentation ensuring all documents provided are in order as per the country schedule and in line with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Ensuring that all queries are responded to within SLA timeframes
- Engaging in various projects - planning, analysing, requirements gathering, governance, status reporting, scheduling, documentation, tests, sign-off's
- Developing and leveraging strong working relationships across the region and with External Clients during email communication and calls
- Working with local and regional Operations and Product team to identify gaps/trends in service requirements and pro-actively suggesting enhancements to increase efficiency of service
- Identify process improvements, helping to define servicing and processing configuration and adopting a standardized approach across EMEA and new markets
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years banking experience
- Fluent English and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer communication experience (internal/external)
- Experience of working in a process driven, documentation or legal environment
- Experience in Documentation Review, Legal or KYC space
- Experience in coordinating projects in banking operations involving large number of stakeholders
- Ability to work with partners on senior level
- Client and process orientation, professionalism, proactive and strong client focus
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills; ability to build and maintain effective networks and relationships
