Our client is a successful technology start-up headquartered in US and growing rapidly worldwide. We are looking for passionate individuals to join their newly formed team located in Krakow to provide community support in multiple languages for the EMEA region.

While working at the position of Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for supporting company’s Clients via phone, email and chat. Your role will be to deliver service and answering all questions, all time ensuring you are working with company’s standard and procedures.

An ideal Candidate needs to be very communicative, open and enthusiastic individual. Excellent English and German/Russian/French language skills are also required (C1 level is a must!). We are looking for Candidates which are Client oriented and are able to show empathy while solving Client’s problems. What is more, you have to be flexible, well organized and able to work under pressure of time. Professional experience at similar role would be an asset, but is not obligated.
