For our Client, global bank with centre in Cracow, we are looking for enthusiastic graduates and young professionals with English and German language.
Whole working at Client Service role, you will be responsible for direct contact with international clients, dealing with telephone and written enquiries. Your role will be to establish and maintain effective relationships with clients gaining their trust and respect, anticipate client’s needs and propose solutions within the indicated policies and procedures. You will be also responsible for taking care of appropriate follow-up (timely, accurately) of all client matters.
We are looking for Candidates with fluent both English and German languages, ability to to be assertive while correctly balancing client and company interests, with good analytical and problem solving skills. An ideal Candidate needs to be punctual and flexible in terms of working hours. If you feel comfortable while working on the phone and you are interested in finance or banking industry- that offer is for you!
