For Our Client, a global leader in financial services we are currently looking for Italian/Spanish speakers with interest in finance field to join Client Service team in Krakow.
To be a successful Candidate you must be fluent Spanish or Italian and English speaker. Good analytical skills are also required. You should be detail oriented person with strong desire of providing high quality customer service. We are looking for dynamic Graduates and young professionals with University degree. Previous experience in customer service area will be considered as a great advantage. The Company will provide you with deep understanding of financial processes and excellence in handling customer’s queries. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients. Providing solution for clients’ issues as well as anticipating their needs is the core of Client Service team.
