On behalf of our Client, international company with newly created department in SSC based in Zabierzów, we are currently looking for Candidates for Customer Service Specialist with English and French or German.
Your main responsibility holding the Customer Service Specialist position will be supporting the company’s international clients. Your duties will include building and maintaining desirable relations with customers from all around the world. You will be working via both- phone and email.
An ideal Candidate needs to be fluent in English (B2/C1 level) and fluent German or French (C1/C2 is required). Moreover, you have to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including relationship building. Previous work experiences in multinational environment are your advantages, but they are not required. Helpfulness, customer orientation and sales predispositions are a must.
