For our Client, UK’s leading outsourcing company, we are currently looking for Candidates interested in working within German Administration Department.

Customer Service Assistant will assist the team in delivering a high quality and effective service to the clients by handling a wide variety of queries via email and telephone. You will be responsible for dealing with administration requests, assisting in standard letters preparation, supporting Team Lead.

An ideal Candidate needs to speak German language fluently. Very good level of English is also required. Professional experience within customer service area, proficiency in software packages, strong customer service skills and the ability to work effectively both in a team as well as individually are also required.
