For our Client – leading and fast growing international company (Travel industry) – we are currently recruiting for a position of Client Support representative with German or French language.
Client Support representative will be a part of a team working in Contact Centre in Krakow. You will be a support to the clients, providing them general information about their trip, like planning their arrangements, booking and resolving issues during their travel, mostly by phone. Your goal will be to achieve customer’s satisfaction by professional and competent service.
An ideal Candidate needs to have communicative French or German and English language skills. You need to have very good communication skills and be open to others.
