Our Client is globally recognized financial institution which support companies in the field of banking and finance.
Currently we are looking for Candidates for the position of Financial Specialist to join Cracow center.
While working at this role you will be responsible for direct contact with international Clients (banks, financial institution) and solving their queries by phone and email. Your role will be to establish and maintain effective relationships with clients gaining their trust and respect.
An ideal Candidate for this role needs to be fluent in English and one of following languages: Spanish, Italian, German, Russian. Excellent communication skills, assertiveness and ability to work under pressure of time are also required. We are looking for detail oriented Candidates with excellent analytical skills. Previous experience in Client Service or financial educational background is an advantage, but we are open also for fresh Graduates motivated to start career in finance.
