Cloud Application Administrator (ERP)
What you will be doing:
- Perform post installation, configuration and upgrade tasks of all M3 products
- Ticketing based workflow, schedules and assignments.
- Complete all required documentation and ticket updates as part of deliveries, exit documents and technical documentation
- Maintain communications with the engagement owner and related technology teams.
- Provide specific recommendations surrounding M3 (also related third party) technologies and tools in order to perform product installations, upgrades, M3 system administration and related activities in a professional and organized manner.
- Gain an understanding of the customer’s business and implementation requirements.
- Coordinate communication with Infor Global Support, Consulting Services, Service Delivery, Product Development and Customer teams.
- Develop a working knowledge of the current Cloud, SaaS, Managed Services processes and tools used to provide an accurate, complete and successful operation
- Identify, analyze, troubleshoot and resolve M3 technology related issues.
- Provide input into the streamlining and automation of M3 Cloud processes and methodologies related to overall technical activities.
- Proactively develop skills, knowledge and certification on latest technology.
- Maintain up-to-date skills on the most recent release of the M3 technical and third party tools in order to provide a high level of service to the customer.
What You Need for this Position:
- M3, Grid, Java, LCM, Smart Office, StreamServe, MEC and additional ancillary products including ION
- Windows/LINUX operating system experience, working with a variety of hardware configurations. IBMi knowledge a plus.
- Working experience with SQL Server administration tasks
- Active Directory/Light Directory Services, ADFS, update services, remote desktop services.
- Demonstrated overall breadth and variety of technology expertise, ITIL Certification a plus
- Working knowledge of relational databases and web-related technologies
- Excellent time management, communication (oral and written), presentation, and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of technology including but not limited to, databases, operating systems, hardware configurations and networks.
