Responsibilities:

• First responder for customer requests / tickets
• Install and configure virtual cloud instances
• Support cloud servers including security configurations, patching, and troubleshooting.
• Establish Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) to customer environments
• Develop scripts for automating client/server functions
• Monitor automated systems recovery solution

Wymagania

Skills and experience:

• Administration of public cloud infrastructure technologies; e.g., AWS, Azure, Rackspace, etc.
• Experience managing operations and support and working with Ticket Management system
• Experience working with cloud infrastructure provisioning automation.
• Strong Linux systems administration experience (RHEL)
• Familiar with the latest concepts/trends in Cloud Computing Experience
• Strong experience with Apache and IIS
• Strong experience with Encryption Software
• Experience with major public cloud operators
