You will provide ongoing support to existing customer set up on top of Amazon Web Services platform according to one of three offered service tiers (Sandbox, Standardized Environment, Managed Environment).

Job description:
You will provide ongoing support to existing customer set up on top of Amazon Web Services platform according to one of three offered service tiers (Sandbox, Standardized Environment, Managed Environment).
Job Duties:
- Execute/follow incident management process to achieve continuity for customer business
- Management process in the customer infrastructure
- Drive operational work instruction updates
- Cooperate with Service Manager(s) to achieve hi-quality service delivery
- Drive continuous service improvement by analyzing issues
- Coordinate with vendor support where required
- Interact with other IT departments and external vendors to continuously improve the product offering
Requirements:
- Overall IT knowledge on at least fundamental level (storage, virtualization, networking, load-balancing)
- Experience in AWS toolbox is considered an advantage
- Scripting experience is considered an advantage
- Background in Linux platform management is considered an advantage
- ITIL v3 certificate or knowledge of ITIL operations processes is considered an advantage
- AWS SysOps Engineer certificate is considered an advantage
- Good communication skills
- Team-player personality
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline
