Cluster Revenue Manager
Location: Kraków
Job description
- Focus on maximising revenue, market share and profits for dual-brand property, through strategic coordination of revenue management processes and procedures.
Cluster Revenue Manager is responsible for:
- Driving commercial Performance through incremental Fair Market Share, EBITDA and RevPAR
- Manage and maintain Group and Transient inventory
- Develop, maintain and adjust sales and pricing strategies
- Provide critical analysis of strategies, room statistics and demand factors
- Prepare and/or validate all weekly and monthly forecasts and yearly budgets as appropriate
- Ensures rate shopping data is consistent, appropriate and effectively analysed
Requirements
- Experience within commercial revenue management in Hospitality Industry (hotels preferred)
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
- Strength within the collaboration (team player) and managerial influencing competencies
- Fluency in written and spoken English with strong communication skills
- Advanced skills in Opera and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
