What you will do:
- Daily customer contact through email, phone and cases with the objective to solve outstanding issues and collect payment for overdue accounts;
- Monitoring of a portfolio of customers in order to keep the accounts up to date;
- Preparation of account statement, payment schedule and account reconciliations;
- Updating customer data;
- Creating business relationships.
Requirements:
- Proficiency of French language on at least C1 level and English at B2 level;
- Basic knowledge of accounts would be an asset;
- Minimum BSc degree must have;
- Proficient user of MS Office package, Google sheets;
- Attention to details, proactive approach, interpersonal skills;
- Experience in BPO area would be a plus.
