Accenture Operations provides business process services for specific functions, including finance and accounting; procurement and supply chain; and marketing & sales. We operate business processes with a combination of talent and data, artificial intelligence, analytics and digital technologies, helping clients to improve their productivity, customer experience and performance.
- Building and maintaining positive relationship with customers, monitoring their accounts and identifying outstanding balances due for collection by contacting the customers (by email, phone calls) with open receivables due for payment
- Very good English
- Experience in accounting – OTC area
- Educational background in finance, accounting or economy
- Experience in accounting, handling pro-forma invoices, and posting tax deduction at source
- Knowledge of WHT tax will be an advantage
- Good Excel skills
- Flexibility during Month End
- Ability to work analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
