Capgemini is delivering the service for number of clients from Media & Entertainment sector. Now we have new Logo within our portfolio, as another globally recognized Client from M&E sector has decided to cooperate with us.
For our client - Sony Pictures Entertainment - we will provide the following services: Collection, Billing, Dispute Management, P2P Problem Resolution.
Responsibilities
- Manage an AR portfolio. Responsible for achieving targets
- Negotiate, implement and document payment solutions with customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external customers
- Apply fundamental collection techniques and adjusts collection strategies to the requirements of the portfolio
- Maintain knowledge of the business area of the client that is supported
- Ensure control and compliance regulations are followed
- Issue and monitor automatic and manual reminders to customers
- Perform customer account reconciliations
Position purpose
We are looking for a candidate willing to join a team providing Collections services for our New Client. The aim of the role is to ensure proactively the delivery of a customer-focused service to client.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Finance and Accounting area
- Good knowledge of English language
- Fluent knowledge of French language
- Experience in SAP would be an asset
- Client-focus attitude
- Teamwork approach
- Flexibility, ability to deal with change
- Ability to work effectively under time pressure and with deadlines
