Responsibilities:
Collections Team Lead with Spanish
Responsibilities:
- Team management
- Timely cash collection
- Ensure Service Level Agreements for the teams' are met
- Creating and providing functional and operational reports
- Developing, maintaining and updating all collections and accounts receivable process documentation
- Work with collections management team to drive continuous improvement in the collections process
Requirements:
- Min. 2 years of experience on similar position
- Fluent English and Spanish
- Higer Education degree
- Ability to solve urgent matters and work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
